About The Position

The Bartender delivers exceptional beverage service by preparing handcrafted cocktails, serving premium wines and spirits, and creating memorable guest experiences. Requirements

Previous restaurant experience required; fine dining experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or fine dining environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to established recipes and service standards.
Provide attentive, personalized service and recommend beverages and pairings to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain knowledge of the beverage program, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and seasonal offerings.
Ensure the bar is clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready throughout each shift.
Monitor alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Process guest payments accurately and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
Work collaboratively with service and culinary teams to ensure timely, seamless guest service.
Complete opening, closing, inventory, and side-work responsibilities.
Maintain all health, safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
