Our Bartenders play a key role in delivering the Spinato’s Experience by creating a welcoming, guest-first environment while serving high-quality beverages and supporting the team during every shift. Bartenders are responsible for preparing drinks to Spinato’s standards, maintaining an organized and well-stocked bar, and ensuring all guests feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to return. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Current Food Handler Certification (required)
AZ Alcohol Certification (required)
Ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members
Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs
Comfortable working in environments with heat, cold, and water exposure
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and work shifts up to 12 hours
Willingness to perform cleaning and organizational duties

Responsibilities

Create a guest-first atmosphere with friendly, professional service
Accurately and efficiently ring in guest orders
Prepare cocktails, beer, and wine according to Spinato’s recipes and specifications
Stock and maintain bar inventory including beer, wine, liquor, glassware, ice, and supplies
Monitor and control bar inventory
Slice and juice fruit as needed for service
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area
Communicate effectively with team members across all departments
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
Comply with all local and state alcohol laws
Adhere to all Spinato’s policies and procedures regarding alcohol service
