About The Position
Junction City Bowl is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Bartender to join our team at Longshots Sports Bar, located inside our 24-lane bowling and entertainment center. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Requirements
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and safe alcohol service practices.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a lively environment with a diverse customer base.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional manner.
- Taking orders accurately and providing prompt, friendly service.
- Checking identification and ensuring responsible alcohol service in compliance with state laws.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere for league bowlers, casual guests, and event participants.
- Assisting with special events, parties, and promotions as needed.
