About The Position

THE CITY SQUARE STEAKHOUSE is seeking a BARTENDER to join our team in Wooster, OH! This is an exciting opportunity to work at a fun Chicago Style Steakhouse. We are looking for incredible bartenders who work diligently with their teammates to ensure our guests consistently have an amazing experience for our bar position. While we will train for our open Bartender positions (experience is a huge plus), we want people who naturally have positive energy and foster a great place to work, enjoy being around lots of people and have natural empathy, have an ownership mentality; responsible and accountable, and contain an insatiable curiosity to learn for the sake of learning. It takes a team to ensure great service for our guests. We are in need of friendly faces to greet our guests at the bar and take orders. Our bartenders start at a competitive rate and in full-time positions (if desired). Base pay is $8.00/hour with tips. Overtime is available!

Requirements

• Have positive energy and foster a great place to work.

• Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Nice To Haves
