Position Summary: The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, assisting with food service, and providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidates will have bartending experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong focus on guest satisfaction, responsible alcohol service, and the ability to work as part of a team. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of bartending experience.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must possess or obtain a Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Certificate and Operator’s License.
Demonstrated knowledge of, and compliance with, all applicable health regulations and liquor laws.
Strong multitasking and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding guest service.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods and bend, stoop, and climb as needed during the shift.
Safely use and operate bar equipment, including lifting beer kegs and CO2 tanks.

Nice To Haves

ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beverages to members according to recipes and special requests.
Serve food to guests in the bar area.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
Engage with members and guests, making recommendations and discussing specials.
Provide service for club events, including setup, execution, and takedown.
Handle cash and member accounts using the Club's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Ensure excellent service in all areas, including the bar top, dining spaces, and golf simulator area.
Adhere to alcohol service regulations and ensure responsible service.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Assist with food runner and busser duties as needed.
Support a team-oriented atmosphere and embrace feedback for growth.
