Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of alcohol laws and responsible service practices
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
• TABC License Required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and workstations
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Manage cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy hours
