About The Position

Our Clearwater location at Countryside Mall features Bar Hops, our full-service bar delivering hand-crafted cocktails, cold brews, and top-tier hospitality for grown-up guests. Whether parents are relaxing while their kids jump or adults are enjoying a night out, Bar Hops brings the party to the next level.

Requirements

Must be 21+ years of age.
2+ years of experience bartending in a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and remain on your feet for 8+ hours.
Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Cash handling experience required.
Must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights.

Nice To Haves

Safe Serve certification and Safe Serve Alcohol a plus (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

Greet, interact with, and serve guests with energy and hospitality.
Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per Bar Hops standards.
Check IDs and ensure compliance with legal drinking age and alcohol service laws.
Suggest drink pairings and promote Bar Hops specials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
Handle transactions through the POS system and follow all cash handling procedures.
Uphold all food safety, alcohol service, and health regulations.
Participate in weekly inventory and equipment checks.
Collaborate with the Krave and front-of-house teams to maintain seamless service.
