About The Position

Victory Tap Sports Lounge No. 2 is coming to Dallas! Opening Fall 2026 Lombardi Family Concepts is bringing the Victory Tap experience to Dallas, and we’re building an all-star team from the ground up. We’re looking for experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our opening team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new location and help establish a high-energy bar experience from day one. If you’re passionate about hospitality, confident behind the bar, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, we want you on our team.

Requirements

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or reputable restaurant, sports bar, or hospitality environment
Current TABC certification
Current Food Handler certification
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and responsible alcohol-service practices
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Create an engaging and energetic bar experience
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and menu offerings
Make confident beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
Maintain responsible alcohol service practices at all times
Verify identification and follow all TABC requirements
Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready throughout every shift
Monitor guest needs and anticipate requests before they are made
Process payments accurately and operate the POS system efficiently
Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management
Maintain proper bar inventory and communicate restocking needs
Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to every shift
