We are currently seeking an energetic and guest-focused Bartender to create memorable experiences for our restaurant, lounge and hotel guests.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience preferred.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
Strong guest service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience operating a POS system and handling guest transactions.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Strong reliability, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
TIPS certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
Must meet all state and local requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Recommend beverages, cocktails, wine, and menu pairings to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout the shift.
Process guest orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure compliance with all responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of current menus, seasonal offerings, and daily specials.
Assist restaurant servers and support team members as needed.
Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health department requirements.
Participate in inventory control, stocking, and product rotation.
Provide exceptional hospitality that encourages guest loyalty and repeat business.
Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with special events when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
