About The Position
Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests. Take beverage orders from guests and servers. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Restaurant’s standard drink recipes. Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. Record drink orders accurately and immediately post after receipt into the register system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of bartending or food & beverage experience in a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
- Knowledge of drink preparation, mixology basics, and responsible alcohol service.
- Possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Maintain a positive, professional work environment.
