About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for creating a welcoming environment, and the ability to craft exceptional beverages. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.
Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink presentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (e.g., cases of beverages).

Nice To Haves

Certification in alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, following recipes and customer preferences.
Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide prompt and courteous service.
Process transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Monitor and restock bar inventory, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and tools; adhere to health and safety regulations.
Recommend drinks and promotions to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Verify customers’ legal drinking age and adhere to all alcohol service laws and regulations.
