Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, they carefully mix up cocktails and pour drinks for all of our Guests. They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people, our Guests, have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. Dedicated to serving our Guests perfect drinks, every time, they are also great at building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving. They believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Previous Bartending experience is required
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (Smart Serve Certification is required)
- Customer service skills – able to exceed guest expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and have a strong initiative
Responsibilities
- Preparing classic cocktails, mixed drinks, wines & spirits beverages
- Ensuring consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
- Ensuring all working areas are always maintained in a clean and hygienic condition; Maintaining bar area and glassware throughout the shift, prepare the opening and closing
- Maintaining and controlling inventory of bar stock and supplies; Maintains kegs; Stocks shelves in the bar area
- Managing the bar opening and closing duties
- Complying with all food and beverage regulations
- Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant
