About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and engaging Bartender to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, maintaining the bar's cleanliness and inventory, and ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Bartending skills will be utilized daily to craft a variety of drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Guest service skills will enable you to interact positively with patrons, enhancing their overall experience.
• The ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions is crucial for maintaining efficiency during busy shifts.
• A groomed appearance is important as it reflects the professionalism of our establishment and contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.

Nice To Haves

• Certification in bartending or mixology.
• Experience in fine dining establishments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service in compliance with legal regulations.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking usage to minimize waste.
