This role is for a Bartender at La Quinta Inn & Suites & Hawthorn ES by Wyndham in McKinney, TX.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must have minimum one (1) year’s bartender experience.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to learn basic paperwork quickly and to accurately complete required paperwork.
- Be thoroughly familiar with all types of drinks.
- Must have a friendly, courteous, and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate beverage service to guests and servers
- Mix and pour drinks according to company recipes and portion standards
- Accurately ring in sales and process guest payments, including room charges
- Maintain a clean and organized bar in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with servers and other food & beverage staff to ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Director
