Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional guest service
Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with resort standards and recipes
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Handle cash and process payments accurately
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations during busy periods
Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and resort offerings to provide innovative options to guests
