About The Position
TBonz West Ashley, part of the Homegrown Hospitality Group, is seeking a Bartender. This role is for someone who is skilled in mixing drinks and engaging in conversations within a fast-paced bar environment. TBonz West Ashley is a popular neighborhood spot known for its steaks, burgers, and cold brews, and is one of over 15 locations across South Carolina, all committed to providing excellent food, staff, and experiences.
Requirements
- 21+ and good with people (like, really good)
- A natural multitasker with speed and accuracy
- Willing to get Alcohol Safety Certified within your first week
- A team mindset—we hustle together
Nice To Haves
- Prior bartending experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve guests with energy, personality, and top-tier service
- Mix classic cocktails and house signatures to spec with flair
- Handle service bar orders like a machine (a very charming machine)
- Keep the bar clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Drop knowledge on food and drink menus like a pro
- Process payments quickly, efficiently, and always with a thank you
- Keep up with promos and events—bonus points if you hype them like a DJ
