About The Position

The Bartender is responsible for prompt, courteous service to bar and lobby guests by serving food and drinks, and cleanliness of the area. This role is part-time and requires the ability to work legally in the United States without sponsorship. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds
Knowledge of local and state alcohol laws
Knowledge of all drink types
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be able to bend, twist, lift, and stand for the duration of a shift
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Take, mix and serve drink orders.
Interact with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Record all sales using the appropriate register and follow all cash handling procedures.
Maintain cash bank, guest checks and process all guest payments according to established procedures.
Completes open, close and side duties including: cleaning tables, stocking supplies, wash and stock glassware, and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times.
Performs all other duties as deemed necessary by management.
