About The Position

American Dining Creations is seeking a Bartender to join their team. This role involves verifying customer identification and age, mixing cocktails, processing payments, cleaning bar utensils, and maintaining customer tabs. The position requires knowledge of alcohol laws and regulations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Requirements

• TIPS Responsible Alcohol Certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness.
• Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Verify identification and age requirements of customers.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Process payment from customers, record, and balance cash receipts.
• Clean glasses and bar utensils.
• Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift.
• May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
