About The Position

Enhance group events at Soldier Field as a Catering Bartender, providing premium beverage service to guests. This part-time, event-based role is ideal for skilled bartenders with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• Must hold a current ServSafe Food Handling Certification, ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Illinois BASSET Liquor License.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (event-driven schedule)
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws.
• Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Use handheld devices or POS systems to accurately process guest orders and payments.
• Track beverage consumption and monitor yield throughout the event to ensure proper inventory control.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar throughout the event.
• Handle all transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
