About The Position
The Bartender at Lakeview is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging guest experience while preparing high-quality beverages. This role combines mixology expertise with strong customer service, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the resort’s standards.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous bartending or related experience required
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
Nice To Haves
- Certification in responsible beverage service
- Experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
- Strong customer service skills with a team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Provide attentive, friendly service and build rapport with guests
- Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, including glassware and surfaces
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations
