About The Position
The Barn is an exclusive social club that caters to members of Edwards Communities. We are looking for a full-time bartender who is familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and excels in customer service. Our venue provides a variety of events including team trivia, live music, wine tastings and more.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Two to Three years of bartending experience.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Positive and engaging personality.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of drink preparation.
- Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
- Ability to work in a loud environment.
- Perform other duties as required.

Responsibilities
- Greeting guests.
- Opening bar prep.
- Full bar service including wine, beer and cocktails.
- Checking customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately, and drawer balancing.
- Maintaining a clean bar and dining area for guests.
- Perform other duties as required.
