Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality cocktails, coffee, and drinks with technical precision, creativity, and attention to presentation.
• Bring energy, passion, and professionalism behind the bar, welcoming customers with a warm approach and offering excellent service.
• Thoroughly know the entire drink list, from the great classics of Italian mixology to signature creations, confidently and competently recommending the most suitable drink for each guest.
• Ensure constant order, restocking, and cleanliness of the workstation, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and operations.
• Collaborate synergistically with the dining room team to ensure an efficient service flow and an impeccable guest experience.
