About The Position

The bartender is responsible for bar service in the Community cocktail lounge. If you enjoy working with older adults, caring for and talking with them, learning from their stories and seeing them smile, this is the job of a lifetime. Requirements

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
• Experience bartending in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining experience preferred.
• Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers. Requires courtesy, tact and graciousness.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Fine dining experience preferred.
