About The Position

Are you an energetic, outgoing people person with a passion for mixology and exceptional guest service? We are looking for a talented Bartender to join our team four nights per week and help create memorable experiences for our guests at Wxyz® Bar. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering top-tier hospitality. You will expertly craft both classic and innovative cocktails, ensuring every drink meets guest expectations and brand standards. Your creativity, beverage knowledge, and engaging personality will help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ability to craft both classic and innovative cocktails
• Ability to check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Ability to restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
