About The Position
The Bartender position at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is a part-time, permanent role focused on exceeding guest expectations by preparing beverages according to established recipes and guidelines. Key responsibilities include controlling bar costs, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, managing costs and waste, and completing necessary paperwork. Requirements
- Successful completion of bar tending position training position
- Must have previous experience tending bar
- Applicants must be able to provide proof that they are legally able to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Exceed guest expectations
- Prepare beverages following SMI recipes and guidelines for preparation
- Interact with guests in a way that makes them feel special
- Comply with liquor laws
- Maintain accountability, both personal and financial
- Control bar costs
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar
- Control cost and waste in the work area
- Close out paperwork
