About The Position

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Bartender. This role involves greeting customers, preparing a variety of beverages, interacting positively with guests, taking orders, serving snacks and drinks, assessing customer needs, making recommendations, checking identification for legal drinking age, complying with food and beverage regulations, operating cash registers, collecting payments, and managing bar operations including ordering and maintaining supplies.

Requirements

Must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to serve alcoholic beverages
In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars and possess strong mixology skills
Ability to be on your feet for up to eight hours
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and other associates
Must be able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a timely manner
Prepare a large amount alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages
Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks
Assess customers’ needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change
Manage bar operation; including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies
