About The Position
Do you love great BBQ, cold drinks, and even better vibes? RibCrib in Stillwater is looking for an energetic and experienced Bartender to join our team!
Requirements
- Prior bartending or bar service experience preferred
- ABLE/TIPS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Must be 21+ per Oklahoma state law
Responsibilities
- Craft and serve cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with speed and accuracy
- Provide friendly, attentive service that keeps guests coming back
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with Oklahoma ABLE laws
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience
