About The Position

We are looking for skilled, service-oriented Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and dedicated to providing a high-quality experience for every patron. As a Bartender, you are responsible for excellent beverage service and supporting overall restaurant operations. Duties include attending to bar patrons in a friendly, helpful, and efficient manner, serving drink orders directly to customers and indirectly to dining room guests via servers. You will also be responsible for learning the full restaurant menu to answer guest questions and confidently offer food and beverage recommendations. Additionally, you will assist with setting up the restaurant for service and completing all assigned side work duties after shifts. There is an opportunity to serve as a Manager on Duty, which involves supervising floor staff, accepting server checkouts, and communicating operational issues to management.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant setting
• Proficiency with Toast or similar POS system
• Thorough knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a consistently fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality service
• Possession of an ABC permit or the ability to procure one within three days of hire
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
