About The Position
Café Marquesa, a busy fine dining restaurant in Old Town Key West, is looking for a part-time Bartender with PM availability and fine dining experience. The restaurant is located in the heart of Key West’s historic district, within The Marquesa Hotel, which has earned the prestigious two MICHELIN Keys award. Café Marquesa features Contemporary American Cuisine with Southern Cuisine influences, using the finest seafood, meats, and produce, and offers an innovative tasting menu.
Requirements
- Previous fine dining and/or elevated cocktail serving experience is required.
