About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender/VLT Cashier to join our team! Requirements

  • Previous bartending & customer service experience is an asset at least 6 months
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude and strong communication skills
  • Someone who enjoys interacting with guests and creating a welcoming environment
  • Comfortable handling cash and working with VLT machines
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to all guests
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Operate VLT terminals and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Monitor VLT area and assist guests as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and VLT area
  • Follow all liquor service and responsible service guidelines
  • Support overall lounge operations and assist team members when needed
  • Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, quickly and efficiently, according to guest requests
  • All other duties as assigned.
