About The Position

At Ryan Field, we are building a world-class game day and event experience, and this role is instrumental in creating memorable moments for guests, donors, season ticket holders, sponsors, and visitors. The Suite Bartender provides exceptional hospitality and beverage service within premium suite environments, delivering a personalized and elevated guest experience. This position is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining suite beverage areas, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout events.

Requirements

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a stadium or arena setting.
• Knowledge of a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalized service to suite guests.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and attentive manner to enhance the overall event experience.
• Verify guest age and identification in compliance with state and local alcohol service laws.
• Monitor guest beverage needs and proactively refill, replenish, and maintain suite beverage service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in suite bars and beverage stations.
• Ensure suites remain stocked with beverages, ice, glassware, cups, garnishes, and related supplies.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions as required.
• Support suite setup and breakdown activities before and after events.
• Assist with inventory management, product counts, and restocking procedures.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with suite attendants, runners, supervisors, and event staff to provide seamless guest service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
