About The Position

This position typically starts at $8.15 per hour + tips and works a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays – based on the event schedule in our night club. Bartending in a high-volume club is an adrenaline rush where every shift feels like being at the center of the party. The fast-paced energy, nonstop music, and constant interaction with people create an exciting atmosphere that keeps you on your toes and makes the night fly by. It's the perfect mix of teamwork, multitasking, and entertainment, with plenty of opportunities to build connections and earn great tips along the way.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 yrs. of age.
Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management.
Must pass the required background check.
Must obtain a county Serve Safe Certificate.
Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes.
Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Must have excellent customer service/communication skills
Ability to work in a loud, fast ‑ paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
Must be able to work independently along with a team mentality.
Must have previous bartending experience in a high volume venue.
Must be able to bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry above/below the shoulders a minimum of 25 lbs or more.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time or entire shift.
Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
Is able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas and responds to visual and aural cues.
Mathematical abilities including addition and subtraction/accurate record keeping strongly required.
