You'll help lead bar operations, ensure quality and consistency in drinks, and keep service running smoothly during busy shifts. Requirements
- 2+ years of bartending and serving experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong decision-making skills to lead the team during service.
- A guest-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a top-tier bar experience.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a positive team culture.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership experience in a bar or restaurant environment is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Support the bar team with confidence and energy, creating a positive and engaged environment.
- Provide leadership during evening and closing shifts, ensuring smooth service and strong guest experiences.
- Assist with bar operations and execution of beverage service.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive sales through beverage promotions and seasonal features.
- Coach and mentor bartenders and support staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
- Build rapport with guests, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit—from cocktails and cold beers to exceptional hospitality.
- Provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring all orders are correct and meet quality standards.
