Cascades Pool Cascades is Winstar’s 5-acre pool complex featuring an array of luxurious amenities and experiences. Laid out across two tiers, Cascades is inspired by natural elements that adjoin to provide a unique pool experience with an intimate lounge and cabana spaces in between. As an all-encompassing outdoor experience tailored to casino guests, Cascades offers three large outdoor bars and personal service buildings located to serve different areas of the complex – the Mid Bar, the Elite Bar, and the centerpiece Grand Main Bar. Each provides a perfect place to kick back, grab some food and a drink and enjoy this amenity to the fullest.

Requirements

  • Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum two years of bartending experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and ability to create unique signature beverages.
  • Ability to prepare and serve drinks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal hygiene.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively during setup and service.
  • Strong guest‑service orientation with a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Effective listening skills and ability to follow supervisor instructions.
  • Excellent understanding of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest etiquette.
  • Friendly, personable, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly to communicate with guests and staff.
  • Ability to remember, describe, and promote menu items.
  • Ability to transport up to 50 lbs. continuously.
  • Must maintain a working email address for communication.
  • Commitment to safe work practices, policies, and required safety training.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a service‑oriented environment.
  • Ability to follow directions and perform tasks accurately.

  • Oklahoma ABLE License.
  • Valid Server Training Certificate.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to carry heavy trays.
  • Must be able to work in a hot outdoor environment for long durations.

Responsibilities

  • Craft high‑quality beverages using premium spirits, liqueurs, fresh fruits, herbs, and spices.
  • Greet guests promptly and take beverage orders directly or through restaurant servers.
  • Prepare and mix cocktails and other beverages in accordance with company standards.
  • Maintain bottles, glassware, and bar displays in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner.
  • Provide wine recommendations, explain wine characteristics, and follow proper wine‑service techniques.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create mixers and garnishes.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal alcohol‑service requirements.
  • Handle an assigned cash bank and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
  • Process payments and accurately reconcile receipts at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked with tools, supplies, and products; prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed.
  • Serve food to bar guests courteously and promptly.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of food and beverage menus, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Keep the bar area clean, including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass doors and windows.
  • Assist in organizing catering storage spaces.
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to meet health and safety standards.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
