About The Position

The Bartender Lead is responsible for overseeing bar operations during assigned shifts while supporting team performance, consistency, and service excellence at our off-site restaurant, Dawn Manor. This role is at The Dellshire, a world-class, medieval-inspired destination where technology meets timeless adventure, part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio. The Dellshire is a distinctive pre-build property set to open in the Spring of 2026, featuring a unique design and offering a rare opportunity to shape and elevate the positioning of a unique property known for its immersive guest experiences, natural surroundings, and Midwestern hospitality. Requirements

Previous bartending experience required
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed
Bartender license for Wisconsin Dells area required

Responsibilities

Lead bar operations and ensure adherence to service standards
Train, coach, and support bartenders on recipes, presentation, and service expectations
Monitor bar inventory and assist with ordering and organization
Ensure compliance with all alcohol service and safety regulations
Address guest concerns and escalate issues as needed
Support management with opening/closing procedures and operational needs
Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
