Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Bartender Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. You will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Weekend availability required
• High volume bar experience required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, follow proper sanitation guidelines.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Record all waste.
• Participate in the set up and breakdown of the assigned locations.
• Help work in the back of house to prep food during events.
• Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.
• Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine the correct change for guests.
• Account for all transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
