About The Position

Levy is seeking a BARTENDER - CLUBS/SUITES to prepare and serve beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner. This role involves adhering to liquor regulations, stocking bars, preparing garnishes, greeting guests, mixing drinks, checking identification, managing guest inebriation, handling payments, cleaning, and maintaining an attractive bar display. Levy is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across over 200 Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues nationwide.

Requirements

Must be able to adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Must be able to set up assigned bars; requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce.
Must be able to maintain stock, prepare, cure and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality.
Must be able to greet guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
Must be able to take and/or process orders for drinks; mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practice prudent portion control.
Must be able to check guests at the bar for proper identification.
Must be able to detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained. Must demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws.
Must be able to receive cash from guests, make change, verify validity of charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed.
Must be able to lock up and store all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits and cash drops; secure bank.
Must be able to perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keep work area clean and organized.
Must be able to arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area.
Must be able to wash and sterilize stemware.

Responsibilities
