About The Position

GreatLIFE Golf is seeking a part-time Bartender/Beverage Cart Attendant for Willowbend Golf Club in Wichita, Kansas. This role offers a fun and casual career in sports and entertainment. The position involves maintaining bar standards, serving guests with hospitality, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws. The job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.

Requirements

Must be 21+
Three to six months related experience or training
Frequently stands, walks, tastes, smells, talks, hears, uses hands to finger, handle or feel and reaches with hands and arms.
Occasionally sits, climbs, crouches and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Maintains bar and serves guests in accordance with established standards and with hospitality and professionalism.
Stocks/sets up bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages.
Assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
Performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, set-up and restocking.
Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
Serves meals to guests.
Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager/supervisor.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.
