About The Position

At DREAMLAND, we are seeking a Bartender and Barista to thrive in our vibrant, fast-paced environment with a proactive, can-do attitude and an upbeat approach to everyday tasks. DREAMLAND features a unique concept—where a craft cocktail bar meets a lively coffee shop! In this role, you will prepare fresh in-house juices, craft signature cocktails, and serve delicious, healthy lattes. Hone your beverage skills while connecting with guests and earning great tips! Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older (legally allowed to serve alcohol).
Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and top-tier hospitality.
Flexible availability to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Prior bartending or cafe experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain deep knowledge of Aviator Nation products, current offerings (coffee, tea, spirits, beer, wine), and core company values.
Deliver swift, precise service while keeping workstations, equipment, and utensils spotlessly clean and sanitized.
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Accurately process cash and credit transactions in accordance with cash-handling procedures.
Address guest inquiries, orders, and concerns with promptness and courtesy.
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to continuously refine guest service.
Assist with receiving product shipments, managing inventory, and tracking reorder pars.
Remain adaptable to working early morning shifts as well as late-night events.
