About the role Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Barre Instructor to inspire and energize the members at our beautiful, state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas. Position Details: This is an on-call/substitute role, perfect for flexible instructors who enjoy stepping in to lead engaging classes when our regular team members are unavailable. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the high-quality experience our members expect and love. Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe Barre instruction to members.

Requirements

Current Barre Instructor certification required.
Adult & pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
