About The Position
Provide the bar area with supplied and provide the bartender with items on request. Assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- Bossier City Alcohol Beverage Operator (ABO) certification before the first day of work
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in beverage field
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructions
- Knowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws
- Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol
- Knowledge of C02 gauges
- Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures
Responsibilities
- Stock bar items daily
- Fill ice bins as needed
- Assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaks
- Replace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs on line
- Empty garbage and mop floors
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members
- Other duties as assigned
