About The Position
Top 5 Eventing Rider is seeking an experienced Barn Manager to join our high-performance eventing team based in Riegelsville, PA, with immediate start available. Our program is built around exceptional horse care, professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail. The Barn Manager will oversee the daily operations of the barn and coordinate staff while helping maintain the high standard of care our horses receive. This is a hands-on leadership role best suited for someone who is mature, highly experienced, organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and positive in their approach.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing all daily barn operations
- Scheduling and coordinating staff
- Working closely with veterinarians, farriers, physios, and other team professionals while maintaining accurate records
- Overseeing horse care including turnout, feeding, medications, and overall wellbeing
- Ensuring the barn and facility are kept organized and running efficiently
- Helping maintain a positive, professional team environment
