About The Position
The Barn Hand is responsible for maintaining the barn and surrounding areas. This includes completing opening and closing tasks, cleaning stalls and outdoor areas, and feeding livestock according to their care plans. The role requires keeping aisles and work areas tidy and uncluttered, ensuring water buckets and tanks are clean and filled, and reporting any animal health issues or necessary maintenance. Additionally, the Barn Hand will seek ways to innovate and streamline processes, maintain good attendance, adhere to health and safety standards, and complete any additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
