Responsibilities

Adhere to established beverage preparation standards, recipes, and protocols.
Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages consistently and to standard.
Maintain a clean, organized barista station before, during, and after shifts; ensure tools and supplies are stocked and ready for service.
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; communicate low levels to management promptly or replenish when appropriate.
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and answer questions about menu items, sourcing, or preparation.
Operate POS system efficiently, process transactions, and handle cash/credit payments accurately.
Support dining room and service flow by expediting drinks to servers, assisting with light food running, and ensuring timely service.
Follow proper “manners” protocol when interacting with all guests.
Practice safe food handling and sanitation standards at all times.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and beverage trends.
Show commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
