About The Position

Join our team as a Barista and help create an exceptional experience for our customers through quality beverages, outstanding service, and a clean, welcoming environment. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, operating the point-of-sale system, maintaining cleanliness standards, and supporting daily café operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age or meet applicable legal age requirements.
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math skills and ability to accurately handle transactions.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Previous barista, food service, retail, or customer service experience.
Familiarity with espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
Accurately process cash, credit card, and electronic transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, dining areas, and restrooms.
Restock supplies, ingredients, and inventory as needed.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned.
Promote menu offerings and answer customer questions regarding products.
Work collaboratively with management and team members to ensure efficient operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
