About The Position
Sonesta Nashville Airport is seeking to fill the position of barista in the Starbucks located within the hotel. Candidate will be responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer and represents our company in a professional manner. The Barista is responsible for opening and closing the coffee shop daily. As a cashier, you are responsible for handling money, greeting guests and providing an all-around great experience for our customers. This position could be full or part time.
Requirements

- Operating espresso machine and other shop equipment.
- Preparing drinks and pastries per established procedures and customer requests.
- Anticipating customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Reconciling cash register daily using daily sales report.
- Maintaining appropriate standards of cleanliness in the shop.
- Maintaining appropriate storage standards for food items.
- Communicating with Restaurant manager regarding all equipment maintenance concerns and non-equipment related issues or concerns.
Responsibilities
