Requirements

1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Available at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
Work all café positions — our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable – including working in our kitchens to make food to order
Keep our spaces clean, safe – always ready for guests and teammates
Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs.
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
