This position is offered as part of the J‑1 Exchange Visitor Program and is intended to provide participants with structured, hands‑on experience in the U.S. hospitality and food & beverage industry while supporting cultural exchange. The J‑1 participant will assist in serving food and beverage products to guests, coordinating daily service activities with team members, and following established departmental and facility procedures. Under direct supervision, the participant will gain practical exposure to U.S. service standards, operational practices, and workplace culture while contributing to a high‑quality guest experience. This role is temporary in nature and does not represent permanent employment. Through this exchange experience, participants will gain practical training in U.S. hospitality and food & beverage operations, learn U.S. customer service expectations and workplace standards, develop communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills, experience American workplace culture while sharing international perspectives with coworkers and guests, and enhance professional skills applicable to future careers in hospitality or customer service fields.
