About The Position
Subaru of Little Rock is seeking a coffee enthusiast to join our team at our newly renovated location! The barista will be responsible for preparing, serving, and collecting payment for beverages ordered by our valued customers.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening/communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to keep a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer focus and self-motivated with time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to our customers.
- Exhibit a friendly and efficient demeanor when dealing with guests.
- Account for cash flow and inventory during shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and coffee machines.
- Provide cheerful and helpful customer service, making sure each guest feels welcomed and appreciated.
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined in the company handbook.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to guarantee the quality of our products.
- Check products in cold unit area and restock items to ensure an adequate supply throughout the shift.
- Perform light paperwork duties as assigned.
- Complete other assigned duties or tasks.
