Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks, teas, and potentially other drinks like smoothies
• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments. Provide friendly and efficient service to create a positive customer experience.
• Prepare and serve food items, such as pastries, sandwiches, or snacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies. Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and safety protocols.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately. Understand point-of-sale systems and procedures.
